Deposit Policy

$50 deposit required at the time of booking initial appointment.
All appointment deposits are non-refundable by default

Exceptions for refunds:
Refunds may be considered for cancellations made within a reasonable notice period of 48hrs before the appointment.
Emergency Situations supported by proper documentation may also qualify for a refund.

Failure to provide sufficient notice or attend appointments results in forfeiting the deposit.
